I am a Registered Yoga Instructor. My journey began in 2001 when I first became interested in hot yoga. It was a great addition to my usual regimen of boxing, hiking and weight training. My athletic endeavors began as a child thanks to physically fit parents. My mother taught aerobics which I realized years later, was heavily influenced by yoga. My father was a boxer, runner and soccer player.
I currently teach privately to small groups and individuals. I've also brought yoga to corporations, teaching lunch break classes. I'm a member of the Wellness Committee at work, which strives to incorporate health and fitness into the work week.
