Mantra or Intention

Mantra:  chant, incantation or positive affirmation.  By chanting Om or repeating an affirmation internally, you allow your mind to focus.  This positive affirmation overrides any other dialogue in your head, possibly countering negative thought patterns.  You're welcome to use this mantra or create your own and select a certain time to sit quietly and focus on the mantra.  You can also set it as an intention for the day.  Namaste.
Today's Intention 
Today make a choice to be in the moment. Time passes so quickly.  Be mindful of your environment, your feelings, sights and sounds, the people you're with.  If you find your mind racing with worries or thinking of the million things that need to be done, come back to your breath.  Count your inhale and exhale.
Today's Mantra
Here I am.
When you emphasize 'here' really allow it to bring you into the present moment.
